  3. Use the Symmetry Mode dropdown to test facial symmetry (Split-Left or Split-Right) or create kaleidoscope effects.
  4. Adjust the Grooming Zoom slider (up to 3.0×) to get an up-close look for applying makeup, fixing hair, or adjusting contact lenses.
  5. Click the fullscreen button on the top right for a clutter-free vanity mirror.

Mirror Mode vs. True Perspective

When you look into a physical glass mirror, raising your right hand appears on the right side of your reflection. Video conferencing apps (like Zoom and Google Meet) mirror your local preview by default because un-mirrored video feels disorienting. However, meeting participants and audience members always see your true, un-mirrored perspective.

Understanding Facial Symmetry

Almost everyone has natural facial asymmetry (such as slightly different eye heights or subtle smile tilts). The Split-Left and Split-Right symmetry modes duplicate one half of your face across both sides, giving you a fun and interesting look at how a perfectly symmetrical version of your face would appear.

Private & Secure Vanity Mirror

Unlike downloadable mirror apps that may request unnecessary permissions, this tool runs entirely inside your web browser. No photos or video streams are ever recorded, saved, or uploaded to any server.
